Solution Patient Satisfaction does not show up on the various change-based benchmarking reports. This is because satisfaction is only measured once for post-program. Therefore, there is no change value so it cannot be included on these reports.

With our Premium Benchmarking Service, we supply a National Average Patient Profile so that the average and standard deviation for the nation is available as a data point. You can compare that with your own Average Patient Profile report generated at your site to get a sense of how your program compares.
