Solution

Symptoms

When you try to install Orion Outcomes, the installation program may stop responding (hang). 

Resolution

There are several things you can try to work around this problem.
 
1.  Reboot Windows and then try running the install program right away.  This will minimize any issues with other programs.
 
2.  Be sure that Microsoft Outlook is not running.
 
3.  Disable your anti-virus protection.
 
4.  If _Delis shows as not responding in your task manager, you can click End Task in the Close Program dialog box for _Delis, but you will need to manually delete the installation files from the Windows\\Temp folder after the installation is finished.
