Outcomes Program Manual

Overview

The Outcomes Program Manual was written by the Indiana Society of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (ISCVPR).  Its intended to provide you help getting started measuring clinical outcomes in your program.

The manual was last updated August 2008.

We encourage you to discuss your thoughts and suggestions on this manual on our bulletin boards.
