We had to migrate to a new data center and in doing so needed to change IP addresses for the server that you send your benchmarking data to. This should not impact most customers as its a transparent change.
However, some customers have firewall rules setup by IP address which would be effected. In that case, the rule will need to be updated with our new IP address.
If you are experiencing problems benchmarking and you recall working with your IT department to get it working the first time, you should contact them and reference this article to get things updated on your end so you can send data once again.
