Brandon Fuller

In a meeting with Steve Jungbauer, the Chair of the Indiana Society of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Outcomes Committee, Brandon recognized an opportunity to build a database application for clinicians to use to collect and analyze outcome data.  In 1997, Brandon founded Orion Software Development while attending Purdue University.  Through the next several months, Brandon worked to develop and launch Orion Outcomes.

Brandon is also a Manager of Software Development for Cisco Systems. He is responsible for the management and direction of MeetingPlace Web Conferencing.  Before joining Cisco, Brandon has worked for various high-tech companies such as Latitude Communications, Intel Corporation, Silicon Graphics and QuesTec.

Brandon holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Purdue University.

Steve Jungbauer, MA, MBA, EPC, FAACVPR, FASEP

Steve is responsible for the direction and operations of the Orion Outcomes benchmarking services.

Steve also serves as Chief Executive Officer for the Kosciusko Community YMCA. His responsibilities include the operations of two facilities and seven activity sites located throughout the county. From 1996 to 2004 he served as Director of Kosciusko Community Hospital (KCH) Managed Care, Urgent Care, Occupational Health, Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation and Wellness Services. He is responsible for the development and implementation of a fully integrated community health and wellness program. Before joining KCH, Jungbauer worked for Lutheran Hospital of Indiana as an Exercise Physiologist and supervised Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation and Pacemaker Clinic. In addition, he was Clinical Program Director for the Lutheran Weight Management Center. He was an Assistant Professor of Physical Education at Manchester College from 1985 until 1991. From 1983 until 1985, Jungbauer taught at Emory University in Atlanta.

Steve is an active member of several national organizations, which include the American Association for Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR) and the American Society of Exercise Physiologists (ASEP) for which he is serving as President. He is a fellow member in both of these national organizations and is currently serving a term on the ASEP Board of Directors. In addition, he is very active in several state organizations including the Indiana Society for Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (ISCVPR) and the Indiana Association of Exercise Physiologists (IAEP). He is a founding member of IAEP, past president of the IAEP, serves on the ISCVPR board of directors, and is the ISCVPR past president. He chairs the ISCVPR outcomes committee and is a member of the AACVPR outcomes committee. Steve has lectured nationally on topics related to Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation and Wellness.

Steve holds a B.S. in Physical Education and Corporate Wellness from Hamline University, a M.S. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Minnesota, and a MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.
